- 1 tbsp. chili flakes
- 1 cup “ennea” premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Lightly heat “ennea” premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a pan until just hot and add the chili flakes.
Stir for the flakes to be covered in oil.
Remove from the heat and let cool.
You can skip heating the oil, just add the chili flakes and let soak for about a week.
